Molecular weight cut off is one of the most important performance parameter of hollow fiber UF/MF membrane. Ultrafiltration (UF) is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 0.001 micron. It is a pressure-driven process that removes emulsified oil, metal hydroxides, colloids, emulsions, dispersed material, suspended solids, and other large molecular weight materials from water and other solutions.
